How do I book a service with ValivingBali?
You can book directly via our WhatsApp Customer Service. Simply send your details (date, time, pickup location, destination, and number of passengers), and our team will confirm availability and pricing.
Do you provide airport pick up and drop off services?
Yes. We provide both Airport Pick Up and Airport Drop Off services from Ngurah Rai International Airport to all major areas in Bali.
Can I book last-minute airport pick up?
Yes. Our Customer Service Hotline is always standby for last-minute bookings, subject to vehicle availability. We highly recommend booking as early as possible for peak hours.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes. We provide English-speaking drivers upon request. Please inform us in advance so we can assign the most suitable driver for your needs.
What vehicle options are available?
We offer various vehicle options such as Avanza, Innova, Hiace, and Alphard, depending on your group size and comfort preference.
Is the price per person or per car?
Our pricing is per car, not per person. This ensures more flexibility and privacy for clients and families.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries. Our team monitors flight schedules, and the driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Please keep your WhatsApp active so we can stay in touch.
Do you provide baby seats or child seats?
Yes. Baby seat / child seat is available by request, subject to availability. Please request it during booking.
Can I book a private driver for daily use or long stay?
Yes. We provide Private Driver Service for daily, weekly, monthly, and long stay contracts (1–3 years) for families, expats, and professionals.
Do you provide valet driver service?

Do you provide custom tours and itinerary arrangements?
Yes. We provide Custom Tour Arrangements based on your preferences, including family-friendly tours, honeymoon experiences, and premium Bali itineraries.
Do you provide school pick up services?
Yes. We provide School Pick Up Service with punctual and trusted drivers, suitable for families living in Bali with long-term routines.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer and other payment methods based on confirmation from our Customer Service team. Payment details will be provided after booking confirmation.
Can I request the same driver for regular bookings?
Yes. If you prefer a specific driver, you may request it, and we will do our best to arrange the same driver based on schedule availability.
